Expressive Brushwork in Oils! Painting Rabbits

August 22 10-3pm

Fee is $50 per student ( plus a $5 studio fee)

This workshop is for the intermediate to advanced student. Workshop will be from 10 am to 3 pm with a break for lunch. Students will be encouraged to loosen up and let their brushes dance with exercises that enforce the importance of shape, line, form and value of the subject. Demonstrations and discussion on expressive and energetic ways to use brushes and other tools will be included in these exercises. Students will each have a reference photo to paint from and explore the all the ways to create a painting with life , energy and movement. Workshop will also include information on arriving at what color to use in utilizing the importance of temperature.in a painting. This will be fun and informative ..so bring your creative spirits and hearts….this workshop will help you paint not only rabbits but any subject matter with energy.
